As the political atmosphere in Osun State begins to gather momentum with the official kick-off of campaigns today, it is time for the people to once again demonstrate the unity and determination that brought the dancing governor to power.
The journey toward another victory has begun, and every supporter of Ademola Adeleke must play a role.
Governor Adeleke’s administration has shown commitment to good governance, people-centered development, and transparency. From infrastructure renewal to workers’ welfare and social interventions, the administration has continued to prioritize the well-being of ordinary citizens. These achievements must not only be acknowledged but protected through collective political participation.
This is therefore a passionate appeal to the good people of Osun State, loyal supporters, party faithful, and lovers of progress to come out en masse and mobilize support across every community. Elections are not won on social media alone; they are won in the streets, in the markets, in the compounds, and most importantly at the polling units.
Political appointees, party leaders, and stakeholders also carry a crucial responsibility at this moment. This is the time to move beyond offices and titles and reconnect with the grassroots. Every appointee must return to their wards, units, and local communities to canvass support, engage voters, and reinforce the message of continuity.
Grassroots mobilization remains the backbone of every successful political movement. Community meetings, door-to-door engagement, and direct conversations with voters will ensure that the achievements of the present administration are not distorted by political opponents.
Supporters must also remember that unity is strength. Internal divisions only weaken the collective vision of progress. Party faithful must close ranks, speak with one voice, and focus on the bigger goal , sustaining a government that many Osun citizens believe has restored hope and dignity to governance.
The campaign season has started, and the responsibility now rests on the shoulders of the people. From Iwo to Ilesa, from Ede to Ikirun, from Ila to Irewole, every supporter must become a messenger of progress.
The message is simple: organize, mobilize, and participate.
If the people stand firm once again, the road to victory will not only be possible, it will be inevitable. Osun has spoken before, and with unity and determination, the voice of the people will speak even louder in the coming election.
