Prince Olatubosun Ojomo has congratulated the Senator David Mark-led National Leadership of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, on their victory today at the Supreme Court, describing the judgment as a major boost for democracy in Nigeria.
The apex court affirmed the Mark-led NWC as the authentic leadership of the ADC, ending months of internal wrangling.
“This is a triumph of due process over impunity,” Prince Ojomo said. “The Supreme Court has once again reminded us that internal democracy and obedience to party constitutions are the foundation of our democratic system. With this judgment, democracy has come to stay.”
Prince Ojomo also celebrated his political principal, Hon. Anibire Adams a.k.a Oba Ilukan, leading aspirant for the House of Representatives, Owo/Ose Federal Constituency, Ondo State.
“For the good people of Owo and Ose, Hon. Anibire Adams represents hope, renewal, and people-first leadership,” he declared. “He is a man who listens, a leader who understands our challenges, and a democrat who believes in accountability. From youth empowerment to infrastructure, from farmers’ welfare to quality education, Hon. Adams has a clear blueprint to give Owo/Ose the representation it deserves.”
Prince Ojomo noted that the Supreme Court judgment now provides the stability ADC needs to project credible candidates like Hon. Adams ahead of 2027.
“With the party crisis settled, the coast is clear. Hon. Anibire Adams is prepared, experienced, and grounded in our communities. He is not just an aspirant — he is the answer our people have been waiting for,” he added.
Prince Ojomo urged all ADC members in Ondo State to unite behind the Mark-led leadership and rally support for candidates who can deliver real development. “A house divided cannot win elections. Now is the time to mobilize for 2027 and give our people the leadership they deserve.”
“Democracy has come to stay. The courts have played their part. We must now play ours by putting forward leaders like Hon. Anibire Adams — men of character, capacity, and compassion,” he concluded.
