The Obailukan Strategic Support Group for Atiku (OSSAT) is a formidable, well-structured grassroots political movement established to canvass, mobilize, and actualize votes for His Excellency, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, GCON, in the 2027 Presidential Election under the platform of the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
At the heart of this movement is its Initiator, Financier, Founder and Convener, Hon. Toyin Anibire Adams a.k.a Obailukan.
Hon. Toyin Anibire Adams a.k.a Obailukan hails from Owo Township, Owo Local Government Area, Ondo State. He is a proud son of Owo Kingdom with deep grassroots connections, vast followership and strong political influence across the South-West. He is a renowned political stalwart of the ADC in Ondo State, a strategic mobilizer, and a committed loyalist of the Atiku Abubakar rescue mission.
CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE ATIKU ABUBAKAR PRESIDENTIAL MOBILIZATION IN THE SOUTHWEST
Since the inception of OSSAT, Obailukan has distinguished himself as a pillar of the Atiku project through unprecedented personal sacrifice and strategic investment:
1. Sole Financier and Backbone of OSSAT: As the sole financier, he has committed enormous personal resources to build OSSAT from the ground up without external sponsorship, ensuring the movement remains independent, focused and effective.
2. Building a Grassroots Structure from Polling Unit Upwards: He has successfully established functional OSSAT executives from the Polling Units to Wards, Local Governments and States across the South-West, creating one of the most organized support structures for Atiku Abubakar in the region.
3. State-wide and Regional Expansion: What started in Ondo State has been expanded under his leadership to cover all six South-West States – Oyo, Osun, Ekiti, Ondo, Lagos and Ogun State – with State Coordinators, LGA and Ward Mobilizers working daily.
4. Aggressive Voter Sensitization and Mobilization: He has funded and led door-to-door campaigns, market sensitization, community dialogues, youth engagements and town-hall meetings to take Atiku’s message of economic recovery, restructuring, unity and national rescue to the grassroots where elections are won and lost.
5. Youth and Women Inclusion: Obailukan has created special wings for Youths and Women within OSSAT, empowering young people and women leaders to drive the mobilization, recognizing their decisive role in the 2027 election.
6. Media and Strategic Communication: Through a robust media directorate, he has sustained the visibility of Atiku Abubakar in the South-West political space, countering propaganda and projecting Atiku’s blueprint for rescuing Nigeria from hardship.
7. Bridge Builder Between North and South-West: His movement has become a political bridge, connecting the pro-Atiku sentiment in the North with the emerging demand for change in the South-West, proving that hardship knows no tribe.
MISSIONS AND STRATEGIC TARGET FOR 2027
His mission is clear, focused and uncompromising:
To ensure the Vote Actualization for Atiku Abubakar in 2027 and to lead the most aggressive grassroots mobilization ever seen in the South-West for an opposition candidate.
His strategic agenda includes:
a) Delivering Six Million (6,000,000) Votes for H.E. Atiku Abubakar across the six South-West States in the 2027 Presidential Election.
b) Converting Undecided Voters: Through continuous voter education on the need to break free from economic hardship and embrace a competent alternative.
c) Protecting Votes: Training and deploying Polling Unit defenders and canvassers to ensure every vote for Atiku counts and is protected.
d) Promoting Atiku’s Rescue Agenda: Taking the 5-point agenda of Atiku Abubakar – Unity, Security, Economy, Education and Devolution of Powers – to every household in the South-West.
